Cancellations and Returns If I request for a replacement, when will I get it? Visit My Orders to check the status of your replacement. In most locations, the replacement item is delivered to you at the time of pick-up. In all other areas, the replacement is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up. Please check the SMS & email we send you for your replacement request for more details. Can items be returned after the time period mentioned in the seller’s Returns Policy? No, sellers & Perlite India Store will not be able to accept returns after the time period mentioned in the seller’s Returns Policy. Do I have to return the freebie when I return a product? Yes, the freebie has to be returned along with the product. How do returns work? You can raise a request to return your items with these simple steps:

  2. Go to My Orders
  3. Click on ‘Return’ against the item you wish to return or exchange
  4. Fill in the details and raise a return request
Once you raise a request, you’ll get an email and SMS confirming that your request is being processed. Based on the item, your request may be automatically approved or you may be contacted for more details. If the request is approved, the item will be picked up after which you will get a replacement or refund. You can also track the status of your return request instantly from the ‘My Orders’ section of your Perlite India Store account. I see the ‘Cancel’ button but I can’t click on it. Why? A greyed out and disabled ‘Cancel’ button can mean any one of the following:
  1. The item has been delivered already
OR
  1. The item is non-refundable (e.g. Gift Card)
Payment What is NN Credit or EMI payment option? With NN credit/EMI option, you can choose to pay in easy instalments of 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, or 24 months, with credit cards from the following banks:

What can I do if the balance in my wallet is not enough to pay for my order? You can pay part of the amount through your wallet and the remaining through any other prepaid payment modes like Credit/Debit Cards, NN Gift Cards, and Netbanking. And Choose the Cashfree BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) facility even if you are wholesale, Distributor or Retailer. Please note that wallet cannot be combined with Cash/Card on Delivery (CoD) payment mode for now, and bank offers will not applicable for partial payments from the wallet.

Product must be returned to us within 7 days from the date it has been delivered to the customer. Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all packing material, courier receipt, invoice & other papers.

Once the Product is received to the company successfully, Perlite India Pvt. Ltd. will instantly initiate the refund to your source account or chosen method of refund.

Refund  and Cancellation for Service Provider Company Due to service providers in nature “NO REFUND”,“NO CANCELLATION”  will be entertained once the Payment has been made.

Please note an order can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.However return is possible for all orders/products.

Customers can CANCEL order only before the Order has been shipped/Dispatched. After the Product/s have been shipped, The Customer CANNOT Cancel the Orders. However return  is possible for all orders/products.

Perlite india Pvt. Ltd. ships its products to almost all parts of Maharashtra,Karnataka,Gujarat,Delhi,Haryana and all major Metro cities. Orders placed will be shipped within 24* hrs. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). For other areas the products will be shipped through DTDC,BLUE DART,GATI,TCI & Our Own local Delivery Partner with Pune,Mumbai and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location. At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Perlite India Pvt. Ltd. is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as Perlite India Ovt. Ltd. continuously tries to nought such instances. Also, Perlite India Ovt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to your source account.
